With a background in Biology and Chemistry, and a diploma in Regulatory Affairs, Fendi brings a science-first approach to The Lash Shop. Her previous experience at Health Canada and in the pharmaceutical industry built the foundation for her focus on science, safety and education.

As a Board Advisor for the National Association of Lash Artists, she actively contributes to shaping professional standards across North America. Her certifications in lash extensions, lifts, and brow laminations empower her to bridge the gap between science and artistry—driving forward a new standard in education and product innovation.
