For years, LASHCON has been the heartbeat of the lash industry—a place where artists don’t just learn, they belong. It’s where bold ideas are born, where strangers become collaborators, and where lash pros walk away forever changed.

It’s more than a conference.

It’s a movement.

And now, we’re taking that movement to the next level.

We’re proud to introduce the first-ever LASHCON Ambassador Program — a curated team of 16 lash artists from across North America who are helping us shape the future of the industry, one connection at a time. These leaders aren’t just attending LASHCON — they’re helping us build what comes next.

Why We Created the Ambassador Program

This program isn’t about follower count. It’s about heart, leadership, and impact.

We created the LASHCON Ambassador Program to spotlight artists who embody the core values of this event and this industry: Authenticity. Connection. Education. Elevation.

  • These ambassadors are the lash artists who go beyond the surface.
  • They’re the ones who stay after class to offer a kind word.
  • The ones who hype others up, give freely, and lead with love.

Many of them were once first-time attendees, sitting in the audience with big dreams and shaky confidence. Now, they’re on a mission to make sure no one walks into this event feeling invisible.

What Our Ambassadors Do

Our ambassadors play a powerful role in building the culture and momentum of LASHCON all year long. They help make this event feel like home.
