Why We Created the Ambassador Program

This program isn’t about follower count. It’s about heart, leadership, and impact.

We created the LASHCON Ambassador Program to spotlight artists who embody the core values of this event and this industry: Authenticity. Connection. Education. Elevation.

  • These ambassadors are the lash artists who go beyond the surface.
  • They’re the ones who stay after class to offer a kind word.
  • The ones who hype others up, give freely, and lead with love.

Many of them were once first-time attendees, sitting in the audience with big dreams and shaky confidence. Now, they’re on a mission to make sure no one walks into this event feeling invisible.

Being an ambassador opened soooo many doors for my career and connected me with so many talented artists — like I really love my lash sisters and I’m glad I found my lash family in them.

What Our Ambassadors Do

Our ambassadors play a powerful role in building the culture and momentum of LASHCON all year long. They help make this event feel like home.

Here’s how they’re helping us level up:

  • Representing LASHCON online and within their local lash communities
  • Creating content that reflects the real stories and voices of our industry
  • Collaborating with our team on future campaigns and event activations
  • Serving as friendly faces and trusted guides for first-time attendees
  • Supporting other lash artists with inspiration, encouragement, and visibility
  • Helping us build the most connected, inclusive, and impactful LASHCON yet

It pushes me to keep evolving

Being a LASHCON ambassador has been such an incredible experience! It allows me to continue my mission of educating, inspiring, and pouring into other artists while being part of a community that truly values growth, connection, and creativity.
