Yes.  LASHCON is an in-person event.

 If you can’t attend live, a replay of the conference will be available to purchase and watch online after the event.

LASHCON will not be streamed live. A replay of select conference sessions and classes will be available 1 month after the event.

You’ll be able to watch the replay on your computer or through the LASHCON app on your phone or tablet.

Standard pass holders have (2) months accof ess to replays, and VIP pass holders 

Yes, that’s one of the best parts.

All presentations will be available in the LASHCON app after the conference so you can revisit your favorite sessions or catch the ones you missed.

Standard Pass holders receive access for 2 months, and VIP Pass holders receive access for 4 months.

Please allow about (1) month after the event for all videos to be uploaded.

Note: Due to speaker agreements, some presentations may not be available.

No, you do not. Business owners, managers, lash or anyone working in the industry can come. 

We plan to have the app online and available for download about 2-3 weeks before the conference. 

Yes!  We will have 50 plus booths at the con where you can try and buy products.

All ticket holders get access to our online show app where they can catch replays and receive exclusive deals from our sponsors.

When LASHCON is over, we'll post the videos on our app. Please allow for one month. All you'll need to do it go to the agenda on the app and you'll see all the videos listed there.

This is subject to change as new speakers and activities are added. 

We will be providing coffee, tea and some light snacks from Saturday to Monday.

We will not be providing lunch or dinner as there will be over 1000 people at the event and there is no way we can accommodate that many people for those meals. 

There is a restaurant in the hotel and there is a food court too. There are quite a few restaurants near the hotel that are about 10 a minute walk away.

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your ticket purchase. After 30 days, tickets are non-refundable. Please note that any tickets purchased after July 1, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.

Ticket Transfers:

If an attendee can't make it, they have the option to sell or transfer their ticket to another prospective attendee. We request that both parties inform us of this change to ensure a smooth transfer process and update of event records.
