Sheila Bella is the founder of Pretty Rich Bosses and Bellavate, where she helps service-based professionals build sales systems, AI-powered infrastructure, and brands people actually follow. Known for her direct, “savage but caring” coaching style, she’s spent years training beauty pros and service entrepreneurs to raise their prices, sharpen their positioning, and build businesses that scale beyond the chair. 

After dropping out of college and moving to Indianapolis with -$38 to her name, Lizz bet on herself with no guarantee it would pay off. Ten years later, she’s built Indiana’s largest lash academy, trained 1,300+ students, now dominating the online space, helping artists build real careers while raising the standard of education in the industry. I started Lash Artisan because I knew the beauty industry needed more than just products and training. I wanted to create a brand that helped lash artists believe in themselves, grow with confidence, and build a life they are proud of through their craft.

Chris Carr, known online as LashGuyPro, is an award-winning lash artist, educator, and content creator with nearly a decade of experience in the lash industry and over 10 years in beauty. Since entering the industry in 2015, he has trained internationally, owned both a successful lash salon and lash product brand, and built a reputation for education, artistry, and community leadership. Chris currently serves as Community Director at LashBoxLA, where he is also part of the education and content team, helping inspire and educate lash artists around the world.

Mo Hamil is the Founder of LashBash and President of Beauty 4 A Cause. After 13 years as a salon owner, she now focuses on building connection, community, and opportunities for artist growth within the beauty industry.

Becca Hannigan is a marketing and event operations professional with extensive experience leading large-scale conferences, brand initiatives, and audience engagement strategies. As Operations Manager for LashCon, she oversees event logistics, sponsor activations, and educational programming for 1,000+ attendees. 

Licensed esthetician and lash artist with 13+ years of experience. Married to my hubby for 12 years, 17 years together 🩵. full time hustler, currently focused on school, with the goal of becoming a nurse.

I'm Kylee Jean! I've been a master cosmetologist since 2016 but have focused my entire career on being a full time eyelash specialist since 2017. I opened my first salon studio in 2018 and opened a larger salon suite location in 2023!

With 16 years in the lash industry, Amber is a passionate lash artist, 3x Lashie Award winner, Volunteer Coordinator for LashCon, and proud Board Member of Beauty 4 A Cause. Dedicated to education, community, and empowering artists, she is honored to serve as a LashCon judge and support the next generation of talent in the industry.

I’m Badmaa, a lash artist of almost 10 years and the owner of Beutimi, where I’ve built both a service-based business and a brand supporting fellow artists. As a proud mom and salon owner, I’m deeply passionate about this industry and the community behind it. I had the honor of judging last year and truly loved connecting with each artist’s story. I would be grateful for the opportunity to be part of that again.

Brittany is a lash artist of nearly 10 years with experience working as a celebrity lash artist and studio owner in Las Vegas, while also servicing clients in Los Angeles. She is the Creative Director behind American Lash Association, where she helps create resources, education, and community for lash artists across the industry.

Nikki Murphy has been in the beauty industry for 25 years so has a wealth of experience. She has judged many competitions and graced the stages at some of the most respected conferences  in our industry. These include the fantastic Sydney Beauty Expo and the amazing Lashcon. Nikki owns N K Beauty Bar & Academy, her salon and training academy in the UK, they specialise adapting courses and services for clients and students with additional needs and visible and invisible disabilities. This is a huge passion for Nikki as she has hidden disabilities herself.

Abby O'Sullivan has been a licensed esthetician and certified lash artist since 2008. She enjoys creating a natural glam look that compliments her clients lifestyles and desired look. Abby has been an educator in the lash industry, speaker at lash industry and esthetic events, and multi-year judge for the Lashies. She enjoys seeing you grow, connect with others and succeed in your career. 

Molly O’Bryant has been a lash artist for the past 17 years and is the proud owner of A Touch of Lash salon, est. 2010, as well as the lash education company, ATOL Lash Academy, and the ATOL lash product line, est. 2012. Through the ATOL brand, Molly and her staff help clients live their best life more confidently and train lash artists from all over the world on how to take control over their financial futures! As the Nevada State Board President for the past 4 years and as a past member of NALA, Molly dedicates her time to being an advocate for the safety and future of the lash industry.

With a passion for beauty that came naturally as a 3rd generation cosmetologist, Sarah carved her niche in the lash world in 2008 after a successful career as a makeup artist & professional dancer. Delving into lashes when the industry was at it’s infancy has given Sarah not just years of knowledge and experience, but a keen eye to understanding quality when it comes to products and training. 

Meet Dina Orozco-Peterson! She was a California steel Ironworker who went from a hard hat to high heels due to an accident in 2008. This led her to the wonderful world of beauty. Dina loves sharing her passion and lash knowledge with students and lash professionals. She travels to vocational schools, beauty schools, and community colleges encouraging and empowering young minds to think beyond lashing and the opportunities the beauty industry provides.

My name is Tammy and I am the Global Education Director for Sugarlash PRO! I've been in the lash industry since 2011 - back when it was still relatively unknown, and began educating in 2015 once volume lashes began to take off. 

Francesca Ramirez is a Central Florida-based lash artist, beauty business mentor, and networking brunch host with over eight years of industry experience. As a studio owner, she’s built a reputation for high-quality, health-conscious services that prioritize client comfort and lash integrity. Beyond the chair, she mentors beauty professionals and hosts networking brunches that connect and equip entrepreneurs at every stage. Francesca brings technical knowledge, business insight, and a genuine passion for the craft to everything she does.

With 30 + years as a licensed cosmetologist, I’ve mastered the art of beauty through deep expertise in color and skin theory. I am honored to serve as a 2026 Lash and Brow Judge for The Skin Games, contributing my veteran eye to one of the industry's specialty events.

Yuel Rafferty is the founder of White Flamingo Lash and US Creative Director for Lash Plus, known for her unique approach to lash artistry, branding, and education. With over 10 years in the lash industry, she’s recognized for developing the Hyper-Real Lash Technique—a signature style that blends softness, texture, and realism to create an effortlessly elevated lash design. 

Kiera Riley is the founder of Lash'ae Certified and a lash educator with over 11 years in the beauty industry. She has trained hundreds of women to build their own lash businesses, generating over $700,000 in collective client revenue. She knows what excellence in this industry looks like because she has dedicated her career to producing it.

Daniela Saqri is an internationally recognized lash artist and educator known for her creative lash designs and education-focused approach to mapping and styling. With a Master’s in Education and 9+ years of classroom teaching and curriculum development experience, she specializes in breaking down advanced lash styling into clear, repeatable systems that help artists truly understand the why and how behind their work.

Shannon is the Director of Education & Product Development at The Lash Shop, where she plays a key role in developing innovative products and advanced educational programs.

With over 8 years in the beauty industry, she has mentored more than 2000 students and trained over 400 artists in Korean Lash Lift techniques.

Christine Tanner is the Founder and CEO of AW Lashes, where she combines her passion for the beauty industry with over 20 years of marketing expertise to help lash artists build profitable, standout businesses. Known for her straight-talking, strategy-first approach, Christine has built AW Lashes into a trusted brand among professionals and is recognized for her expertise in branding, client experience, and business growth.

Teaira Tenison is a Licensed Master Social Worker turned full-time Licensed Lash Artist and Marketing Educator with almost years in the beauty industry. She is the founder of  Powerhouse Lash Company and  Powerhouse Beauty Haven, as well as a guest educator for multiple schools across the DFW area, where she teaches marketing and branding for beauty professionals.

Ambrielle is a licensed cosmetologist and beauty educator whose hands-on roots in the lash industry became the launchpad for a distinguished corporate career.
