Launched in 2021, the Lashie Awards are the first-of-their-kind business awards in the lash industry. While lash competitions traditionally focus on technical lash sets, The Lashies celebrate the business brilliance behind the beauty—your strategy, your leadership, your marketing, your culture, and your impact.

This is not a popularity contest.

No voting. No nominations. No politics.

The competition is merit-based and judged anonymously by a panel of respected industry leaders.

📚 Who Can Apply?

Anyone in the lash industry who meets the following:

✅ You are a solo lash artist, salon owner, educator, or lash brand

✅ Your business was established by January 1, 2024

✅ You submit all essay answers and visual materials required

✅ You pay the $75 non-refundable application fee

✅ You submit by August 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST

You do NOT need to attend LASHCON to win.

We’ll ship your trophy if you can't join us in person—but winners will be honored live on stage at the Lashie Awards Ceremony on October 11, 2025 at LASHCON.

🧠 How It’s Judged

Every entry is:

• Reviewed by multiple judges
• Scored anonymously (your identity is hidden)
• Based on strategy, execution, creativity, and clarity

If more than one applicant scores in the top tier, multiple winners can be awarded in a category. Excellence is the goal, not exclusivity.

📸 What You’ll Need to Apply

Each category has a 750-word max essay section with 5–7 prompts. Write clearly, give details, and avoid generic responses.

Some categories require visual uploads—including:

• High-res lash photos (for Lash Artist categories)
• Editorial photography (for the new Editorial Collection category)
• Salon photos (for Best Salon Design or Lash Salon of the Year)
• Marketing samples (for Best Marketing)

Important: Only professional lash sets are accepted.

No strip lashes, DIY lashes, or non-professional work.
