The Lashie Awards 2026: Where the Lash Industry Honors Its Best

In an industry driven by social media, it’s easy to assume recognition comes down to followers, likes, or visibility.

The Lashies were created to challenge that. There are no public nominations, no voting, and no popularity metrics. Every submission is judged anonymously by a panel of experienced industry leaders, based on strategy, execution, innovation, and measurable impact.

This is about the work behind the scenes, the decisions, the systems, the growth, and the intention.

What’s New for 2026

This year introduces a more refined and competitive structure.

Each category will now recognize:

• 1st Place Winner
• 2nd Place Winner
• Both winners will receive trophies and be honored live on stage at LASHCON.
• In addition, 3–6 finalists per category will be recognized and promoted across Lashie and LASHCON platforms.

We’re also expanding the categories to reflect the evolution of the industry, including:

• Best Brow Artist of the Year
• Best Lash Lift & Tint

Who Should Apply

If you’ve been refining your systems, elevating your artistry, growing your business intentionally, or creating real impact, this is for you. The Lashies are open to lash artists, salon owners, educators, content creators, and lash brands.

How It Works

There are 21 total award categories, separated into solo artist, salon owner, and lash brand tracks. You can apply to one or many based on your experience and if you qualify. 

Once you choose the categories you want to enter, you’ll fill out short essay questions (max 750 words per question) and upload any required visuals. Every entry is reviewed by a panel of industry judges—salon owners, trainers, brand founders, and past winners—who score each submission anonymously.

For 2026, we’ve simplified the application process:

• One-time entry fee of $75
• Apply to all categories you qualify for
• Submit once



This allows you to fully showcase your work across multiple areas of your business without added barriers.
